This morning, the Government of Ontario released a list of all essential workplaces that are exempted from closing by 11:59 PM tonight. You can find the full list here.

The government also confirmed that Ontario’s school closures will extend beyond April 6th, 2020. My office will provide updates as soon as further information is available.

The federal government has recalled Parliament and are currently working to pass emergency legislation that would provide supports to Canadians. You can find information on the supports that are available, including income supports, mortgage default management tools, and supports for business here.
