Happy Canada Day from MPP Mitzie Hunter!

  • Community Update

Today I’d like to wish a very happy Canada Day to all celebrating in Scarborough, in Ontario, and across the great country that we are blessed to call home.

Canada day is a great time to come together with friends, family, and community to spend quality time together and enjoy the summer weather.

While we continue to fight the spread of COVID-19 by avoiding crowds, I hope that you still enjoy the annual celebration on a smaller scale.

Whether it’s enjoying a summer meal with your social bubble, or enjoying the many virtual concerts, events, and virtual fireworks at home, I hope you have a safe and relaxing Canada Day.

Happy Birthday, Canada!
